1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Black Label Outdoors website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

Black Label Outdoors is a sporting goods retailer and licensed firearms dealer based in Ocala, Florida. We sell outdoor apparel, footwear, accessories, firearms, and ammunition through our store and this website. By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• Be old enough to form a binding contract, and to meet the age requirements for any regulated product you purchase
• Use the site for lawful purposes, and not to resell products in violation of any law or manufacturer restriction

3. Orders, Pricing and Payment

All orders are subject to product availability and to our acceptance. Placing an order does not guarantee that we can fulfil it: stock levels shown on this site may be out of date, and we may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable.

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to describe and price products accurately, but errors can occur. If an item’s price or description is materially wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it at the incorrect price.

Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. Your order total is calculated by us at the time of purchase from current prices, not from figures supplied by your browser.

Collection: Online orders are currently prepared for collection from our Ocala store. Shipping is not offered through this website at this time; if that changes, delivery terms and any applicable shipping charges will be shown before you pay.

4. Firearms and Ammunition

Firearms and ammunition are regulated products and are sold subject to federal, state, and local law. Firearms are not sold or shipped through this website. Any firearm purchase is completed in person at our Ocala store, or transferred to a licensed dealer (FFL) for you to collect.

• All firearm transfers require a completed ATF Form 4473 and a background check. We cannot waive either.
• You must meet the minimum age required by law for the product concerned, and must not be a person prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition.
• We may refuse or cancel any firearm or ammunition sale at our discretion, including where a background check is delayed or denied.
• Purchasing a firearm on behalf of another person who cannot lawfully buy one (a “straw purchase”) is a federal crime. We will refuse any transaction we believe to be one.
• You are responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply where you live, including any restrictions on specific models, magazines, or ammunition.

Once lawfully transferred, firearms and ammunition are non-returnable except where an item is defective and the return is permitted by law.

5. Product Use, Safety and Liability

You are responsible for the safe storage, handling, and lawful use of everything you buy from us, including firearms, ammunition, and edged or other potentially dangerous equipment. Read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions and warnings.

Products are sold with the manufacturer’s warranty, where one applies. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Label Outdoors is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from the misuse, unlawful use, unsafe storage, or modification of any product after it leaves our possession. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

6. Conduct and Safety

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or ask a customer to leave our premises, including where a person:

• Cannot lawfully purchase or possess the product concerned
• Handles firearms or other equipment unsafely on our premises
• Provides false information in connection with a purchase or transfer
• Engages in illegal activity, or asks us to complete a transaction we believe to be unlawful
• Is abusive toward our staff or other customers

7. Returns and Exchanges

Unused merchandise in its original condition and packaging may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

The following cannot be returned, except where an item is defective and the return is permitted by law:

• Firearms and ammunition, once lawfully transferred
• Worn, washed, or altered clothing and footwear
• Items marked final sale or clearance

If a product is faulty, contact us and we will put it right in line with your legal rights and the manufacturer’s warranty.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Black Label Outdoors website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Black Label Outdoors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
